Working with CIBC eChannels, the user experience team at CGI designed and developed a mobile version of key product pages from the site. My contribution focused on content strategy and navigation. The content from long, complex pages needed to be pared down and structured to suit the mobile context and the bank’s content management system. I helped create the content plan and oversee copy writing. Working with CIBC and CGI teams I helped improve the navigation and presentation of information.
